Natalie Walker

Natalie Walker, the owner and Master Trainer at EHF Pilates, has over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. After several years in mainstream fitness, she experienced physical toll due to various injuries. She recognized that working “smarter rather than harder” would maintain her health and fitness. Her passion for Pilates and its healing benefits led her to desire sharing it with others and assisting in their recovery.

Stephanie Wierenga

Stephanie Wierenga was introduced to Pilates in 2003, seeking a means to address the poor ergonomic positions she encountered during her career as a Dental Hygienist. Pilates has proven to be an effective form of movement that has enhanced her posture, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Regular practice has also alleviated her neck pain. Weirenga continued her Pilates training throughout both of her pregnancies. Additionally, Pilates has been instrumental in maintaining her endurance and strengthening her core and pelvic floor muscles after childbirth.

In 2018, Stephanie embarked on a Pilates Teacher program with the aspiration to enhance her own practice and assist others in achieving similar positive outcomes. She completed a comprehensive Pilates Teaching program at EHF Pilates, where she was mentored by Master Trainer Natalie Walker.

Stephanie remains dedicated to professional development to effectively address the unique needs and injuries of her clients. She has acquired specialized Pilates training, including courses tailored to Prenatal/Postnatal clients and Pilates for Scoliosis. Stephanie’s unwavering commitment to empowering individuals to attain their objectives and enhance their overall well-being is a driving force behind her work.
