Pilates Training Options - Where do I start?

We have many Pilates training options to fit your lifestyle, so please read the descriptions below to find out what will work best for you. Click on the Name of the option to visit our pricing page to review series and membership package fee options.

Private Training
When you demand the best, Private Pilates Training will deliver. This one-on-one training includes lots of technical educational information to provide you with the intelligence needed to connect with your body, and incredible instruction with visual and auditory cueing so you can better understand how to move your body for the most effective results possible. Private training is the preferred option should you have post-rehab injuries or low back pain.

Semi-private Training
Semi-private Pilates Training is a great way to workout with a friend, spouse, sibling, child, or even another person from the studio. This option allows you to schedule Pilates around your lifestyle and still receive individualized attention at a reduced cost. Offering all the cueing, bio-feedback and intelligent training you expect from EHF Pilates, semi-private training is preferred with cleints of similar fitness and goals.

Group Reformer Classes
Group apparatus classes are an excellent option for active individuals who enjoy a group dynamic. Our Group reformer & Tower classes offer less individual attention then private and semi-private training but still offer intelligent cueing and correction to ensure you are working optimally during your class. All participants must begin with at least 3 private sessions to join our group reformer classes to ensure you understand proper movement, how to use the apparatus safely and have a basic knowledge of why Pilates is the most intelligent choice in your fitness routine, rather than just another fad fitness program. By requiring private sessions initially, we find our clients get exceptional results on the reformer!

Pilates Tower and Mat Classes
No prior apparatus experience is required to join our Tower or TMC Mat Pilates classes. The Pilates Tower is a modern adaptation of the Pilates Trap Table and offers exercises and movements previously one available in Private or Semi-private training. Our EMC Tower class promotes spinal mobility, balance and stability while Rip Tower focuses on overall body strength,while includeing suspension training and other fitness format exercises for a more extreme workout with cardio benefits. TMC Mat Pilates classes use the Pilates tables with props and an emphisis on core and abdomial training. TMC Mat Pilates classes begin with a 10 minute lower body workout and continue into a more traditional style Mat Pilates routine while offering small weights, bands and other props to include additional upper and lower body sculpting. Prior apparatus training is not required for our Tower and Mat Pilates classes and your FIRST Pilates Mat Class is FREE.

Please remember that group sessions are intended for fit clients who are free of injuries!
