A postural evaluation allows us to design a very specific program, asses your goals and review your needs to ensure optimal results.

Group Pilates Reformer & Tower Classes
Our popular Group reformer and Tower Pilates classes provide hands-on instruction in a small group setting. To ensure safety and a proper understanding of the method 3 Private sessions are required prior to joining our current reformer classes.

Semi-Private Pilates Training
Pilates Training with a partner provides more attention at a reduced cost and focuses of the foundations of Pilates. One Private Training appointment for each participant is initially required for a postural assesment and understanding of limitations. All additional sessions may be shared between 2 to 4 people.
